Melissa Downing
Managing Senior VP of Business Development
Melissa Downing is the Senior VP of Business Development. With 30+ yrs in workers’ compensation, she led client services at Thomas Kinsey, LLP, spent 12 years expanding sales and accounts at One Call, and excelled at CompIQ, CorVel, HealthSouth, and the therapy-staffing firm TheraSTAFF. Her expertise spans business development, bill review, operations, and occupational health. Melissa secures major contracts like the City of Los Angeles and forges lasting ties with key employers, brokers, carriers, and captives. At PriMed, she will guide client service strategy, training, and growth.
